SMS / Text Messaging Terms

1. What We Send

If you opt in, we may send you recurring text messages about your relationship with us: order confirmations, notices that your order has been mailed, and replies from customer service. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may also send promotions, launch announcements, and offers.

2. You Do Not Have to Agree

You are never required to accept marketing texts in order to buy anything from us. Marketing consent is optional.

3. How to Opt In

• Enter your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box on our signup or checkout form. The box is never pre-checked.
• Or text a keyword such as START or JOIN to our program number, where we offer that.
• Message frequency varies.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier charges those rates, not us, and they are your responsibility.

5. How to Stop (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop. You will get one final confirmation text, and then no more, except anything needed to process the opt-out. If you change your mind, opt in again using the methods above.

6. How to Get Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@safestopcard.com. Replying HELP sends back our contact information and details about the program.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Your Information

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share it only with the vendors that help us run the messaging program, our messaging platform, for example, and only as much as they need to send the messages you asked for.

No mobile opt-in data or consent is sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing. Everything else about your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date and, where it makes sense, tell people in the program.
