Safe Stop Card is a brand of Stop Wise Card LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Stop Wise Card LLC,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Agreeing to These Terms

These Terms of Use & Sale (“Terms”) apply to your use of safestopcard.com and to anything you buy from us. By using the website, placing an order, or buying a product, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they include: the Privacy Policy, the SMS Terms, the Shipping Policy, the Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy the product.

2. What Safe Stop Card Is

Safe Stop Card is a vehicle document-organization and traffic-stop preparedness product. It keeps your driver’s license, registration, and insurance in a predictable place, and it displays general safety and legal-information reminders.

3. The Information Is General, Not Legal Advice

Safe Stop Card is not a law firm and does not give legal advice about your situation. Anything printed on the product or published on the website is general educational information. Laws and procedures vary by state and change over time. Buying or using the product, or using the website, does not make us, or any attorney who worked on the content, your lawyer.

No product, card, script, printed statement, or website can guarantee how a traffic stop or any encounter turns out. You are still responsible for following lawful instructions, keeping your documents current, and making your own decisions in the moment.

4. Using the Product

  • Keep the card in the glove box, the center console, or a door pocket, together with your registration and insurance. Do not put it anywhere that blocks the driver’s view or interferes with driving safely.
  • Do not attach the card to the sun visor, the windshield, the dashboard, or any airbag cover, and do not use it in any way that covers a warning label or safety marking in your vehicle.
  • Keep your license, registration, insurance, and any other required documents current.
  • Do not treat this product as a replacement for documents the law requires you to carry.
  • The card is not designed to be mounted or attached to any part of the vehicle. Any claim about size or fit applies only to the product version described on the website.

5. Product Descriptions and Availability

We do our best to describe materials, dimensions, colors, and fit accurately. Photographs or renderings of a prototype may differ from the final production product where we identify them as prototypes or illustrations. We may correct errors, update product information, or stop selling a product before we accept an order.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless we say otherwise. Tax, any shipping charge, discounts, and your final total are shown at checkout. Payment is handled by the payment methods offered on the website. An order is not final until payment is authorized and we accept the order.

7. Orders and Cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if there is a pricing or inventory error, if there is a payment problem, if we cannot fulfill it, or for another legitimate business reason. If we cancel a paid order that has not shipped, we refund it to the original payment method. If you want to cancel or return an order, that is covered in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy.

8. Our Content and Design

Everything on the website and the product, the Safe Stop Card name, the logo, the product design, and the rights, safety, and instructional language written for the card, is owned by Stop Wise Card LLC or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or make derivative works from the card’s content or the website’s content without our written permission. Buying the product lets you use that product; it does not give you a license to reproduce what is on it.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Except for the limited warranty stated in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy, and except where the law does not allow it, the product and the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the product will prevent any outcome, or that website content is error-free or current for your state.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, the total liability of Stop Wise Card LLC and its owners, members, and personnel for any claim relating to a product or the website, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, or any other theory, will not exceed what you actually paid for the product the claim is about. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

Some states do not allow certain damages to be excluded or limited, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where that is the case, our liability is limited as much as the law allows.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stop Wise Card LLC and its owners, members, and personnel from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else’s rights.

12. Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to a product, the website, or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Arbitration will take place in Florida or be conducted remotely, and Florida law will apply.

You and Stop Wise Card LLC each agree to bring claims against the other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person’s claims. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim alone will proceed in court and the rest of this section still applies.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration section above, any court action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the website, or buying a product after a change takes effect, means you accept it.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and the unenforceable part will be applied as far as the law allows. These Terms, together with the policies listed in section 1, are the entire agreement between you and Stop Wise Card LLC on this subject.
